These terms cover your use of horita, the macOS app, and this website. horita is made by Liran Baba, an individual developer. By using horita you agree to them.

The software

horita is free and released under the MIT License. You can use, copy and modify it under that license, which is included with the app.

No warranty

horita is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It shows what your calendars say, and it can be wrong, late or missing events, for example when a calendar hasn't synced. Don't rely on it as your only reminder for anything important. To the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of horita, including missed meetings.

Third-party services

horita works with services like Apple Calendar, Google, Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. horita isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Acceptable use

Don't use horita or this website to break the law or to interfere with other people's use of these services.

Privacy

How horita handles data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use horita after a change means you accept the updated terms.
