The timer shows up when a meeting is getting close. You decide how close. Until then it's just a small icon.

Click the icon for the rest of your day in a plain dropdown. Hover a meeting to see where it is, who organized it and who's coming.

Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links are picked up automatically, even when they're buried in the notes.
A shortcut for the next call
Right-click the menu bar item, or record a global keyboard shortcut and join without reaching for the mouse.

Sharing your screen? Hide meeting titles, so your 3pm stays between you and your calendar.

Which calendars does it work with?
Any calendar you've added to your Mac: iCloud, Google, Exchange, and anything else that shows up in the Calendar app. You pick which ones horita watches.
Is it free?
Yes. horita is free and open source under the MIT license.
Which macOS version do I need?
macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer.
Why does it ask for calendar access?
That's how it sees your meetings. macOS asks once, and the data is read on your Mac. horita never sends it anywhere.
What about Google Calendar accounts my Mac doesn't know about?
A direct Google Calendar connection is in development, for calendars you never added to System Settings, like a work Google account. It will talk to your own Google account and nothing else.
